Aluminium Profile Cutting Tool
Project: A cutting tool developed for a custom hydraulic special-purpose machine and designed for series production in accordance with strict technical drawing requirements.
Design: Due to limited space, a guide-plate design was used with a manual feeder mounted on linear bearings.
Sensorics Built-in inductive sensor for precise workpiece detection.
Accuracy: Two copper rollers operated by compact pneumatic cylinders position the workpiece against the calibrated reference surface.
Cup Deep-Drawing Die
Production: On an old, simple eccentric press, without the possibility of hydraulic connection.
Solution: The use of conventional tooling and a complete redesign of the manufacturing process.
